Deborah is the Clinical Director of Primrose Healing & Wellness, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctorate in Health Psychology. With a background spanning both clinical practice and education, she brings an integrated perspective to her therapeutic work.
Over many years of practice, Deborah has learned that there is no single path to healing. Every individual arrives with a unique history, set of challenges, and strengths. Her work is grounded in the belief that effective therapy begins by meeting people exactly where they are.
Deborah takes a multi-dimensional, holistic approach to mental wellbeing, rooted in evidence-based clinical interventions while thoughtfully incorporating the full scope of a person’s life. When appropriate, treatment may include tools such as mindfulness practices, meditation, yoga, energy healing, nutrition awareness, and nervous system regulation, creating a bespoke therapeutic toolkit tailored to each client’s needs.
She works with individuals, couples, and families, supporting clients through a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and family dynamics.
Therapy begins with a comprehensive intake and assessment process designed to clarify goals and understand what each client hopes to gain from treatment. From there, Deborah collaborates closely with clients to develop meaningful, achievable goals. Her therapeutic style is interactive and relational. Therapy is not something done to clients, but with them.
At Primrose Healing & Wellness, the focus is on fostering insight, resilience, and sustainable change through compassionate, individualized care.
