Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of being in the moment. For many of us who suffer from stress and anxiety one of the causes is that we are worrying about the future or looking back at the past. Learning to be in moment can bring anxiety down and teach you to connect with yourself, ground yourself and enter into a meditation practice.
