Erin Galea
Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
Erin is a certified nutrition professional who is passionate about helping her clients build a healthy and highly functioning body and mind through food and daily self-care practices so that they feel energized, focused and capable of pursuing their ambitions, and becoming the best version of themselves. Erin is a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association. In addition to her training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, she is a mom of one girl and two boys and needs all the energy she can get to keep up with them and their busy lives. The health and wellbeing of her family is of the utmost importance to her. When not helping clients she is likely seen engaging with her family, going on drives or trips to the lake, taking golf lessons, taking time out meditating and creating a quiet environment for relieving stress, going out with friends for a girls night or taking in the beauty of nature on her hikes. Erin’s goal is to guide her clients through their journey toward greater wellness, higher energy, confidence, and a successful lifestyle change. Erin takes a scientific, holistic and empathetic approach to health and nutrition, educating clients on intuitive eating and having a healthy relationship with food while learning how to use balanced nutrition and fitness to meet clients’ bio-individuality as not one body is the same. Her focus is helping her clients to get a wide variety of healthy nutrients from different foods and food groups into their diets and providing a better understanding of how these foods can impact their mind and body.
