Annette is a trauma informed yoga teacher. She specializes in adapting yoga to meet any life challenges, whether you are experiencing anxiety or depression, are healing from an illness, injury, or chronic pain or you want to focus on calming the nervous system and bring deeper awareness into your life. Her training in trauma informed yoga allows her to help those suffering from trauma to begin to heal through their yoga practice.
Annette’s training and appreciation for each person’s unique potential enhances her ability to understand the complexities of individual circumstances and she enjoys working with people of all abilities who want to improve the quality of their lives. She has training in anatomy and therapeutic yoga practices and believes that anyone can do yoga regardless of limitations. Through movement, breath work, and meditation, Annette can help you find your own unique path toward a healthy lifestyle.
